Youth Group: BBQ Style!

Last night was another amazing night at TRUTH Youth!! Whoot! Some of the lovely ladies had a volleyball game, so our awesome leaders concocted a little team building exercise for us. :P But before that was a "yummy" BBQ. Those burgers were okay Mike, but less fire next time ;) {At least in my very humble opinion.} So you were all there, you know what happened. I am going to shut up now and show you the pix! Yay-Ya!!!

Another Amazing Wednesday Night

Tonight was filled with taco's and tons of laughter!! :D Another amazing Wednesday night successful! Here are a few things to remember for this upcoming week:

Be sure to pray for Lizzy and Alicia! They will be leaving this Saturday I believe. Remember to say a quick prayer for them everyday. :) We'll miss you guys!

Sunday afternoon @ 1:30PM we are off to see Transformers 2!

On August 23rd we are going to be holding a fundraiser to earn some money for the Youth Room makeover. Spread the word. :)

And...this is our last week of FREEDOM! For some this is a good thing, for some it isn't. But one things for sure, lets make the 09-10 school year a good one. Lets live for God everyone!

Battle of the Bowlers!

Wow! What an epic evening! Wii bowling at the church was amazing! If you missed it, I am so sorry, it was awesome! The Round one started out with Micah, Michael, Emma, and Brian. Round 2 was up next with Susan[Mom], Me[Kylee], Mike, and Kyle. Up next was Round 3 with Ryan, Chuck[Dad], Wendy, and Baylor. Finally, in the Round 4 we had Marah, Lexy, Abby, and Somer. We finished all four rounds with four winners...

Round One - MICAH!!!
Round Two - SUSAN[MOM]!!!
Round Three - WENDY!!!
Round Four - Lexy!!!

Be there next Saturday for the ultimate showdown! Its going to be a final epic battle for the Wii bowling title! Who will win? We will find out!

Oh, and for all of you who got Mike's message, he promised that if he did not win the tournament, he would get us all ice cream! We guess what? ICE CREAM BAR NEXT SATURDAY! You DON'T want to miss that. ;D
